Since 1998, God has maintained the little Country Life health food store in Costa Blanca, Spain. Many similar shops were opened nearby around the same time, but they have all disappeared, and only Country Life has stood the test of time.
Not only is it still going, but God is blessing and leading the ministry forward.He recently enabled the Röhlig family, who leads the ministry, to rent a property that includes three guesthouses. Their house also provides a church home for the small group that worships with them every Sabbath. The family invites those who rent the guesthouses to join the worship and any other seminars that take place while they are there. Their new home is in the countryside, but very close to the shop and easy to find. With its central location, the family arranges health seminars and courses there as well.
It also provides a location for their small bakery. Twice a week they bake delicious, whole-grain bread for their own store and for two other health food shops. The Röhligs began Country Life in Spain to reach out to the many German and English-speaking foreigners in that area. They have developed strong relationships with many of the customers and are now able to call a number of them brothers and sisters in Christ.
Going forward, they continue to meet the needs of those living in their community. They have organized a number of Better Vision seminars, helping attendees to strengthen their eyes naturally and enabling some of them to live without glasses. Their future plans include starting a lifestyle training school and working with LIGHT to have a one-month medical missionary training program for their church group.
